Email Signature Template

The DCP laws and regulations requires certain information to be displayed on all communications (please check your local laws for details).

CT Regulation 20-328-5a requires that all internet ads and marketing contain the following:

1)      Licensees name and address;

2)      The name of the broker with whom the licensee is affiliated as that real estate broker’s name is registered with the commission;

3)      All states in which the licensee holds a salesperson or broker license.

Here are the basic requirements for most states. Company Logo, your Name, License #'s (for each state your licensed in), your Cell #, Office and Fax #'s, your email, Company Website URL, Office Name and Office Address.

Copy and Paste the applicable info below into your email signature, then you can edit/replace the text by hand with your personal information.

 

(In order to copy/paste, just position the mouse cursor just outside the top left corner of the black logo box, click and hold the left mouse button and drag the cursor diagonally to the bottom left of the text to the corner of the "T" in "Licensed in CT". Release the mouse button. There should be a blue highlight over the logo graphic and entire text. Right click anywhere in the blue highlighted text area and click "copy")
