1. Brand Yourself
The first thing we need from you in order to get you integrated into our systems, is a professional head-shot and a short Bio for our website at BuyExecutive.com
Please go onto our website and review how other agents are writing their Bio to help get you familiar with what information needs to be shared. There is also a section below for helping you write a professional Bio.
We recommend having head-shots taken at Target. They have flexible hours of operation and are reasonably priced. You may also use your own professional photographer if you choose, but remember first impressions are everything, so it MUST be high quality. No selfies!
We'll create you a new professional email address (ie: johnsmith.executive@gmail.com) to establish clear communication with your future clients and peers. To give you an extra edge, we offer professional domain emails (yourname@buyexecutive.com) free of charge. If you would like one, please contact us here and let us know your preferred email name (i.e. amyrio@buyexecutive.com).
IMPORTANT: Once your email is set up, as a Realtor you ARE REQUIRED BY LAW to disclose certain information in the signature section of your email. Please go here to view the guidelines as well as copy/paste the sample templates available to your email signature.

Follow Up Boss | This is your CRM (Customer Relationship Management). If set up and utilized properly, this technology will manage all generated leads and contacts while running communication such as texts, e-mails and phone calls through one streamlines hub. This is how you will be a successful and efficient Real Estate Agent.
DotLoop | This is your ‘document hub’. DotLoop is your platform to help with personal and business document uploading, editing and sharing. It allows you to share information with you clients seamlessly.
Realtor.Com | This is the profile that is associated with your NRDS (National Realtor Database System) ID. It’s imperative that you have all fields completed. This will ensure that you are representing yourself as a fully functional and active agent who is registered as a Realtor.
Zillow.com | This is the most popular real estate search engine used by consumers and if you don’t exist on a professional level, then you will not be taken seriously by future buyers/sellers.
CirclePix | This is the most comprehensive and easy to use system in real estate. CirclePix automates all your social media marketing. This allows you to blast your social media with your listings without having to lift a finger.
